All participants must agree to follow these rules. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse for violations. Tournament administrators have final say on all rule interpretations and enforcement.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Account Requirements
  • Valid tournament ticket (Standard or VIP)
  • Linked Discord account in good standing
  • Linked Steam account with valid Rust license
  • Steam account must be at least 30 days old
  • No active VAC or game bans on record
Player Conduct
All participants must maintain respectful behavior in-game, on Discord, and in all tournament communications. Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Prohibited Actions

Cheating & Exploits
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
  • Using any third-party software, scripts, or macros
  • Exploiting game bugs or glitches
  • Stream sniping or ghosting
  • Account sharing or playing on another player's account
  • Intentional exploitation of server vulnerabilities
Teaming & Collaboration
Maximum team size is 4 players. Any form of cross-teaming between different groups is forbidden. Temporary truces for specific situations may be allowed but sustained alliances between separate teams are prohibited.
Griefing & Camping
  • Excessive spawn camping is prohibited
  • Intentional harassment of specific players
  • Destruction of monuments or key loot areas without purpose
  • Blocking access to public areas with structures

3. Tournament Gameplay

Match Check-In
All players must check in 30 minutes before scheduled matches. Failure to check in may result in disqualification from that round. Check-in is done via Discord in designated channels.
Server Connection
  • Players must connect within 10 minutes of match start
  • Technical difficulties should be reported immediately
  • Intentional disconnection during combat is prohibited
  • Maximum of 2 reconnections per match allowed
Combat & Engagement
  • All standard Rust gameplay mechanics are allowed
  • Roof camping limited to 5 minutes per engagement
  • No building during active raids (within 100m)
  • Safe zones must be respected (admin-designated areas)

4. Streaming & Recording

Streaming Guidelines
Streaming is allowed and encouraged, but you must use a minimum 3-minute delay during tournament matches. Players are responsible for protecting themselves against stream sniping.
Recording Requirements
Administrators may request gameplay recordings for investigation purposes. While not mandatory, we strongly recommend recording your matches as proof in case of disputes.

6. Disputes & Appeals

Filing a Dispute
Disputes must be filed within 24 hours of the incident via Discord ticket system. Include all relevant evidence such as screenshots, video clips, and timestamps. Our admin team will review and respond within 48 hours.
Appeal Process
Bans and major penalties can be appealed once. Appeals must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence. The appeals committee will make a final decision within 5 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I'm falsely accused of cheating?
All cheat accusations are thoroughly investigated with evidence review. You'll have the opportunity to provide counter-evidence and appeal the decision if found guilty.
Can I switch teams during the tournament?
Team changes are only allowed between tournament stages (after Week 1, Week 2). Changes during active weeks are not permitted.
What if I have technical issues during a match?
Report issues immediately to tournament staff via Discord. We may pause the match depending on the situation. You have up to 10 minutes to resolve technical problems.
Are mods or custom content allowed?
No. The tournament runs on vanilla Rust servers. Any client-side modifications are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
